Pricing For Projects

When a client inquires about a quote for a custom piece, many factors are considered to determine the final cost. The factors that are included in a quote are as follows:

Current local price of the wood species *this is subject to change week by week

Misc. supplies *includes glue, sandpaper, cleaners, shop towels, etc.

Fasteners - screws, dowels, nails, etc. *any special fasteners that aren't kept on hand may have an additional cost 

Estimated Time to complete the project *you will not be charged extra if I go over my estimated time

The prices that are listed on predesigned pieces available on the website have already had all of the cost factors determined and included in the price - the price you see is the price you pay. 

*customization of a predesigned piece may have an additional cost

Any completed projects that are listed on the Inventory Page are priced as is.

All commissions require a deposit prior to the start of the project. The deposit amount is to be 50% of the total project cost.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
